C.H.O.I.C.E. Counseling Services is committed to uplifting individuals and families through counseling. We offer support and guidance by using innovative, evidence-based, clinical practices as clients pursue self-sufficiency.
Through a client-centered approach, we help clients learn to adjust their self-concept to achieve congruence and a more realistic view of themselves and the world.
We also use a cognitive behavioral approach to assist clients in understanding the thoughts and feelings that influence behavior. Cognitive behavioral therapy encourages clients to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.
At C.H.O.I.C.E. Counseling Services, we encourage alternative thinking patterns and appropriate choices while encouraging utilization to enhance, rebuild, and restore lives and relationships.
